ONE
"Cherry Coke Snowball"
Benny Grunch

1 cherry flavored snowball
1 Coca Cola

Pour coke into snowball, stir and blend.

TWO
"Victoria's Virgin Mary"
Actress Virginia Rowell

Tomato juice over ice
Add Tabasco sauce to taste
Squeeze in a slice of lemon
Garnish with olives, celery stalk


THREE
"Chef Duke's Hot Apple Toddy"
Chef Duke Locicero

4 cups apple cider
1 stick softened butter
1 tsp. mango butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
8 graham crackers
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsps. rum or vanilla extract
2 cups non-dairy whipped topping
1 cup whipped marshmallows
4 whole cinnamon sticks


Heat the apple cider in a non-reactive saucepan. In a bowl, combine the butter, mango butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Whip until the butter becomes creamy and the ingredients are incorporated. Place graham crackers and pumpkin pie spice in plastic baggy and crush with a spoon. Combine the rum extract with the non-dairy whipped topping. In a fluted glass, ladle the hot cider to fill the glass. Place one tablespoon of the butter mixture in a glass. Garnish with a dollop of rum-flavored topping and sprinkle graham cracker crumb mixture over the topping. Add cinnamon stick.


FOUR
"Sweet Lorraine's Tropical Mist Delight"

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/3 mango or nectar juice
Mint leaves

Boil mint leaves for 10 minutes. Allow to steep for 10 minutes to make fresh mint tea (or substitute mint tea if fresh is not available). Set aside to cool.

Combine juices in a shaker with 2/3 cup mint tea. Use a large martini glass. Fill half of glass with sparkling cider. Fill remainder of glass with juice tea mixture. Garnish with fresh mango, pineapple and mint leaf.

FIVE
"Blueberry Pompadour"

1 cup ice
1/2 cup blueberry juice
1 cup crushed fruit of choice
1 tbsp. (5 packets) artificial sweetener
1 tsp. strawberry extract
1 cup French Vanilla Coffeemate

Combine ingredients in blender. Mix until smooth.


SIX
"The Mr. Bingle"
A Non-Alcoholic Coffee Milk Punch

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cold coffee
1 cup half & half
2 cups Barq's Root Beer
2 cups creme soda
Vanilla ice cream, Cereal Straw

Mix ingredients together in a serving pitcher (except ice cream and straw). Add ice and stir. Place a scoop of ice cream in a glass and pour over mixture. Add cereal straw.


SEVEN
"Virgin Mawgawita"

3 limes
1 grapefruit
1 cup soda water
1/2 cup orange juice
Shaker of ice
Touch of sugar (optional)


In a cocktail shaker, squeeze fruits, add juice, soda water and ice. Shake and pour.


EIGHT
"Fruit Medley Smoothie"

5 ounces low-fat chocolate milk
5 ounces calcium-fortified orange juice
1/2 bag frozen berry medley
4 tbsps. ground flax seed

Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth. Serve.


NINE
"Lou's Raz-Ma-Taz Tini"

5 raspberries
pinch of sugar
Ice
1-1/2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
1-1/2 ounces fresh orange juice
1-1/2 ounces fresh cranberry juice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries with a pinch of sugar. Add ice and the juices. Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an orange slice float and a raspberry skewer.

"Mardi Gras Whirl"

1 gallon Vanilla Brown's Velvet ice cream
16 ounces liquid condensed coffee

Put ice cream out to melt 30 minutes prior to making. Mix ingredients and serve.

Chill ingredients. Combine and serve. Garnish with lemon slice.

Beginning Wednesday, December 20, the series airs for twelve consecutive nights during Eyewitness News at 10 p.m.
