ONE
"Fleur-Delicious"

1 quart chilled cranberry juice
1 quart chilled orange juice
1 quart pineapple juice
1 quart Ginger Ale
1 pineapple, sliced thinly
cherries


Combine all ingredients in punch bowl. Garnish with sliced pineapples and cherries. Makes one gallon of punch.

TWO
"Mock Pink Champagne"

1/3 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 oz.) can frozen grapefruit juice concentrate
1 (28 oz.) bottle of chilled Ginger Ale
1/4 cup grenadine syrup

Combine sugar and water in saucepan, bring to a slow boil for four to five minutes. Cool this mixture. Add frozen orange juice and grapefruit juice concentrates. Refrigerate. At serving time, add chilled Ginger Ale and grenadine syrup and stir lightly. Serves 10.

THREE
"Cup of Joe"

Recipe is per cup:
1 whole pepper
1 mint tea bag, or fresh mint
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
2 sprigs of mint (garnish)

Boil water, add tea bags and pepper. Steep 5-6 minutes (remove pepper when tea is spicy, but not burning hot) Pour into cup, add sugar or sugar substitute. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

FOUR
"Mint Chocolate"

3 oz. green mint chocolate chip ice cream
5 oz. of hot chocolate
whipped cream
cocoa powder

Add ice cream to hot chocolate so it melts and the flavors combine into a thick, tasty mixture. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder and serve.


FIVE
"Compass Delight"

6 oz. Pina Colada mix
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
6 oz. pineapple juice
dash of cherry juice
orange slice and cherry

Combine Pina Colada mix, orange juice, pineapple juice and dash of cherry juice in blender. Add ice. Blend until smooth. Garnish with cherry and orange slice.

SIX
"Jeff's Jazzy Mega Mango Fest"

2 ripe mangoes
2 ripe peaches
15 strawberries
1 or 2 bananas
crushed ice
strawberry daiquiri syrup
Ginger Ale

Peel and slice mangoes, peaches and bananas. Place them in blender. Add 2 cups of crushed ice, 2 cups of Ginger Ale, and 1/2 cup of strawberry daiquiri syrup. Toss strawberries into blender. Blend for 15 seconds (or to make a thicker drink, blend for 25-30 seconds). Garnish and serve.


SEVEN
"Jazzy Holiday Eggnog"

1 cup whole milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
2 eggs (separated)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
pinch of sugar

Pour whole milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk into medium saucepan. Heat on low flame, careful not to let the milk come to a boil. Whip egg yolks and add to milk. Add vanilla, nutmeg, allspice and salt. Whip egg whites until fluffy, adding a pinch of sugar while beating. Fold beaten egg whites into heated milk mixture.
Recipe yields 4 cups.


EIGHT
"The Buddy D"

1 oz. Coco Lopez
1 cup vanilla ice cream, soft
3 oz. strawberries (if fresh, sliced; if frozen, defrost package)
3 oz. of pineapple juice
1 banana, sliced


In a blender, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 oz. of the strawberries. Blend until smooth. In a large brandy snifter, pour strawberries on bottom, top with blended mixture. Garnish with a cherry. Serve.


NINE
"Christmas Cheer"
Non-alcoholic Champagne Punch

1 fifth of Non-alcoholic Champagne
1 bottle Ginger Ale (or non-alcoholic wine)
1 large can pineapple juice
6 oz. can frozen orange juice
8 oz. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
orange slices
cherries

Mix fruit juices and sugar together until sugar is dissolved, then chill (Preferably overnight or 6-8 hours). Chill non-alcoholic Champagne and Ginger Ale (or non-alcoholic wine) until ready to serve. Just before the guests arrive, pour the fruit juice mixture over chunks of ice, then added chilled non-alcoholic Champagne and Ginger Ale. Garnish with cherries, oranges or other colorful fruit.

"EspresSooo Good"

3 tbls. chocolate syrup
2 tbls. raspberry syrup
2 shots of espresso (or regular coffee)
half and half (warmed)
whipped cream
chocolate sprinkles

Brew espresso or coffee. In coffee cup, add chocolate syrup, raspberry syrup and coffee. Stir and fill cup with warm half and half. Top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. Serve hot


ELEVEN
"No-Buzz Bloody Mary"

1/2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
dash freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup tomato juice
dash Tabasco sauce
celery stick for garnish

Mix lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt and pepper together until salt is dissolved. Add tomato juice and mix. Add Tabasco sauce. Pour over ice and garnish with a celery stick for a stirrer.


TWELVE
"Paddle Wheel Punch"
Mississippi Queen

2 oz. lime juice
Equal parts: orange juice, cranberry juice and sour mix

Combine orange juice, cranberry juice and sour mix over ice. Add lime juice. Shake and garnish with an orange slice.
