A man is under arrest Thursday after police say he dressed as a woman and robbed a cab driver earlier in the week.

Police said Monday, the driver told them he picked up a customer named "Bella" in the 3600 block of General DeGaulle Drive. Bella reportedly told the driver to go to the corner of Vespasian Boulevard and Cypress Acres Drive. When the cab got there, the driver told police Bella pulled out a long silver knife and demanded money before running away.

Police said as the investigation went on, they were able to name 25-year-old Rahkym Richardson as a suspect, who goes by the name Bella when he is dressed as a female.

Richardson was arrested when police found him during a reported domestic incident. At that time, police said Richardson was showing signs of a psychotic breakdown and was sent to the hospital. When he was released, police booked him with armed robbery.
