Carl Arredondo - WWL-TV Chief Meteorologist

Good morning and Happy Thanksgiving! Today's forecast is exactly how it should feel for Thanksgiving. Sunny skies and chilly temperatures. We began the morning in the 30s and 40s and only warming to around 60° by this afternoon. Another chilly night on the way with the possibility of some frost on the Northshore as temps drop to the 30s and 40s once again. Very pleasant for those folks brave enough to hit the shopping malls tomorrow, high of 65° for Friday. A milder day Saturday with highs in the low 70s, but a weak front will drop temps back into the upper 60s for Sunday. Beautiful start to the week with a brief warm up by Tuesday, highs in the mid 70s, before another upper trough and cold front move through on Wednesday. More clouds Wednesday with only a 20% chance for showers Tuesday and 30% Wednesday.
