Corps behind schedule on several projects

Hanging from the Army Corps of Engineers River Road headquarters is a sign that commits the corps to bringing 100-year storm protection to the New Orleans area by June 1, 2011, but documents obtained by Eyewitness News show the corps is behind schedule on 13 projects.
