KTUL in Oklahoma has the story of two young dogs -- one blind, one a gunshot victim -- who have grown to become best friends.
Blair, a 1-year-old lab, was timid and nervous after he was taken into a pet hospital with a gunshot wound. Tanner, a blind, 2-year-old golden retriever, was sent to the same hospital after suffering from seizures after his owner died.
But now that the two have found each other and have become best friends, Tanner's seizures have become less frequent, and Blair has begun instinctively guiding Tanner with a leash, essentially acting as a seeing eye dog for him.
The two dogs are now looking for a home -- together, of course.
