London’s famous Big Ben clock tower is about to get a name change.
In honor of Queen Elizabeth II’s diamond jubilee, the structure will be renamed Elizabeth Tower, the London Telegraph is reporting.
For decades, Americans with a sense of cinematic history might know the tower from National Lampoon’s European Vacation, the famous line, “Look kids, Big Ben, Parliament,” uttered by Chevy Chase’s character.
