A stunning story in Al Jazzera documents the alarming number of seafood deformities being found in the Gulf of Mexico.  Scientists, fishermen and others tell of the changes in sea-life that they have seen since the BP oil spill on April 20, 2010.

Among the stories, a commercial fishing couple from Barataria started seeing eyeless shrimp:

"Tracy Kuhns and her husband Mike Roberts, commercial fishers from Barataria, Louisiana, are finding eyeless shrimp.

"'At the height of the last white shrimp season, in September, one of our friends caught 400 pounds of these," Kuhns told Al Jazeera while showing a sample of the eyeless shrimp."
