Royal Dutch Shell has spent $4.5 billion exploring for oil off of Alaska’s arctic coast. And now, according to the Washington Post, the company is nearly there.
The Post says the company is close to “drilling a well in the pristine Chukchi Sea” in search of what could be a huge reservoir.
