2 bananascut into quarter sections
8 oz. lotus nut paste
8 spring roll wrappers
paste with one tsp. flour and water

Spread lotus nut paste on the cut side.

Position the spring roll wrapper diamond shape in front of you with the south side towards you.

Place the banana with the lotus paste just below the center line of east and west.

Fold the south side flap over the banana and fold once again.

Tuck the east and west sides in and keep rolling firmly. Make a paste with flour and water. Place the paste on the tip of the north flap to seal the banana in place. Deep fry Lotus banana roll until golden brown in oil that has been pre-heated to 300-325 degrees.

Top with powdered sugar and garnish with 1/2 cherry slice. Serve by itself or with ice cream.
