2 lbs. Okra (chopped)
1 ounce Olive Oil
1 - 16 oz package of Crawfish Tails
1/2 cup Chopped Sausage
1 large Onion
1 stalk Celery (chopped)
2 Tbsp. Garlic (minced
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Tbsp. Basil
1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
1 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sea Salt with Garlic
1/2 cup Bell Pepper (chopped)

Cook okra down with olive oil until the slime decreases. Add sausage and let cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Now, add seasoning to the mix and cook until onions start to gloss. Add crawfish tails, salt, pepper and basil and cook another 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and shrimp and cook until all ingredients are done.

Serve over rice with cornbread.


1 package of Pork Chops (any cut)
1 large Onion (sliced)
1 each Green, Red, Orange& Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced)
3 ounces Olive Oil
3 cups Flour
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder to taste

Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high. Batter chops in flour. Brown chops on both sides (do not cook them completely). Place onions and peppers in the bottom of a large pan. Place the chops in the pan on top of the onions and peppers. Cover with foil and place in oven at 400 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Chops will be tender and juicy.
