RESERVE, La. -- A man is in prison after deputies say he was involved in a shooting that left a man dead.
Rondell Maurice Dewey, 21, was arrested Wednesday in connection with a shooting that left 18-year-old Colay McCovery dead.
Deputies said just before noon on Jan. 27, they found McCovery's body in a ditch. He was shot several times.
Dewey was booked with second-degree murder.
