NEW ORLEANS -- Yes, this is a real thing. No, it is not news.

WWNO is hosting a sinkhole tour Saturday in Uptown New Orleans. A scientist from Tulane will lead the tour and talk about how the sinkholes formed. A reporter from the New Orleans Advocate and a geoscientist will be in attendance to answer questions about the city's road repair plans and the science of sinkholes.

The tour starts at 4 p.m. Saturday, October 22 at Lyon's Park, 624 Louisiana Ave., and ends at NOLA Brewing Company around 5:30 p.m.
