Man killed in 9th ward shooting

New Orleans police are investigating the shooting death of a man in the 9 th ward.

Police found the body of the man in the 1100 block of Bartholomew Street after responding to a call of shots fired around 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Police said they do not yet have a suspect or motive, nor are they releasing the age or identity about the victim.
