Well the beauty has since seriously injured her face after a playful game went wrong! Lisa shared the news via Facebook admitting that she and a co-star were fooling around on-set and Lisa fell and broke her nose. She shared the shocking pics on her Facebook and Instagram accounts. Luckily, have surgery and stitches she is recovering, but she had to have a nose job!
