NEW ORLEANS - Crowds waited a long time and through several earlier parades, perhaps making themselves hoarse in the process, but Bacchus proved well worth waiting for, as the opening units amazed, from the Marine Corps marching band, to Southern University, Will Ferrell with a toast to 'arguably the best city in the world' and St. Aug's marching 100.
