NEW ORLEANS - The much anticipated unveiling of Barkus XXI has arrived.
It is the very regal Jacques Miller Wallis, who joined us with Bruce and Virginia Wallis and Barkus spokesman, Matt Rinard.
This year's parade will take place Sunday at 2 p.m. It starts at Armstrong Park and winds its way through the French Quarter.
