Sunday morning in Metairie the world's longest running children's Mardi Gras parade rolled down Veterans. People started lining up early for the Krewe of Little Rascals.
Families partied along with the many dancing groups and marching bands in the parade, and many kids caught their first throws of the Carnival season.
