Secrecy is the name of the game with this Uptown krewe, which has the look and feel of the old-line Carnival. The theme remains secret and the identity of the monarch, who is called the Arch Druid, is never revealed. The club, which began parading in 1998, has its roots in a club first organized in 1921.
