This West Bank favorite makes a return to the parade calendar, rolling on Fat Tuesday after a one-year absence. The krewe’s 350+ members will roll on more than 20 floats, celebrating Gretna’s centennial. The krewe first paraded in 1947, with its name a combination of abbreviations for Gretna and Louisiana.
