This all-female Mandeville parade made its debut in 2011, organized by a group called the Stargazing Society and featuring more than 100 members. This year’s theme is “The Age of Aquarius” and among the signature throws are CDs of the krewe’s theme song, as well as hand-decorated fedora hats.
