Early Fat Tuesday morning some Indians like to scare the young ones. Using a bone or skull like this, they go up to children on the street or at homes and ask them if they have been good. If they haven’t, they ask them if they will be good in the future. If they say they won’t, they “scare the **** out of them,” Robert said.
