Inside the Rex den: The history and floats of N.O.'s most celebrated parade

This float depicting Queen Elizabeth is one of this year's themed floats, highlighting "This Sceptred Isle" - England, Scotland and Wales. Floats carrying out that theme are designed by artistic director Henri Schindler and built by the team at Blaine Kern Artists.
