Mardi Gras World embraces busy season
It's Carnival time, as Al Johnson would say, and while most of New Orleans sits and waits for the parades to start rolling, at Blaine Kern's Mardi Gras World, artists are fighting time to make sure the season's floats are finished in time for the crowds.
