Sneak peek at this year's Bacchus parade

As Bacchus members were previewing their floats, workers were busily putting finishing touches on floats for the Krewe of Muses in a float den next door. When asked about the last-minute rush, just a little more than a week before the parade is set to roll, Blaine Kern said he hadn't missed a deadline yet - and he's been doing this for more than 60 years.
