NEW ORLEANS - Actors, playwrights, costume designers and others from the local theater community will mingle with the general public on Sunday at the third annual Actors' Equity Tony Awards Party.

And it that's not enough fun, everyone is encouraged to dress in the evening attire of the 1940s.

Local actor and Equity member Vatican Lokey with Tony Awards Party Chairwoman Meredith Long were in the studio to tell us more.

The party is June 10 at 6 p.m. in the National World War II Museum's Stage Door Canteen.

It is free and open to the public.

For reservations, call 528-1944 extension 287.

The 66th annual Tony Awards is on Channel Four on Sunday at 7 p.m.
