NEW ORLEANS - It's a win-win for local restaurants and locals - the eighth annual Coolinary Restaurant promotion kicks off on Wednesday.
The event is a part of the Convention and Visitors Bureau's "Be a Tourist in Your Own Hometown" campaign.
More than 50 local restaurants are offering great deals on special lunch and dinner menus for the month of August.
