The summer solstice is Wednesday and besides it being the longest day of the year, it’s going to be a “Hot and Bothered” night.
“Hot and Bothered” is a fashion show and benefit raising money to keep our unique cultural legacy going. Plus, these swimsuits are no ordinary swimsuits.
Jeanne Nathan, executive director of the Creative Alliance of New Orleans, spoke with Sally Ann Roberts to talk about the event and the cocktail swimwear.
The fashion show benefit is Wednesday evening at 6 at the St. Charles Avenue home of Calvin and Francis Fayard. For more information and tickets, log on to cano-la.org.
