NEW ORLEANS - The 14 Steps are actually five musicians, all native New Orleanians, who only came together as a band seven years ago.
With experience playing everything from country to rock and roll, Mike, Angelo, Star, Jimmy and Neil, have combined their talents to deliver a sound that's unique, but very New Orleans.
They'll release their new CD, "So Far Away," with a party at Southport Hall that's also a benefit for the Autism Society of New Orleans.
The "14 Steps Speaks Out for Autism" party is Saturday at 10 p.m. at Southport Hall.
