From acne to growth spurts, a teenager's life can be an emotional roller coaster.
Building their self-esteem can help keep them grounded and on the path to a healthy adulthood.
Anna Donahue Ministries will present its annual "Mirror, Mirror" teen conference on Saturday.
The day was originally set aside for teen girls. But now, in it's seventh year, it will offer activities for boys.
Donahue and conference attendees, Morgan Kent and Ryan Kunc, were in the studio with more on this year's conference.
The youth retreat will happen on June 16, starting at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. at Victory Fellowship Church on Airline Drive in Metairie. It's a free event, but you must register.
