NEW ORLEANS - In the wake of several natural disasters and the troubled economy, the Pro Bono Project said it has seen the need for its free legal services grow.

The local group provides its free legal services to the under-served several parishes through fundraisers like "Justice for All Ball."

It features live music, a silent auction and delicious food from restaurants like Le Foret.

Pro Bono Project Executive Director Rachel Piercey, ball chair Mindy Brickman-Patron and Executive Chef Carlos Briceno Jr. and Brandon Felder were in the kitchen with more details.

The 4th annual ball is Friday at the Audubon Tea Room.

It is from eight p.m. to midnight.

To purchase tickets, call 581-3480 or visit http://www.probono-no.org/jfaball/.

All proceeds will benefit the Pro Bono Project.
