  • The restaurant-ready trout Baquet, topped with crabmeat, with a crawfish bisque combo From Li’l Dizzy’s Café at the Heritage Square food area

  • Guil’s gator: tender bits of fried alligator with fried jalapeno slices and onion rings From Sharon & Guilherme Wegner at Food Area 1
