Shorty, Dirty Dozen rock fest at Tip's

Tipitina's held its 11th annual Instruments a Comin Festival Monday night. The event raised money toward buying instruments for kids, and featured music acts like Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, BIGI and more.
