NEW ORLEANS - As with tradition, Big Chief Alfred Doucette will debut a new suit this Mardi Gras.
It's not only one of his prettiest suits, but it also sends a big message about the recent rash of violence in New Orleans.
Doucette said this suit holds the "ten commandments of the streets."
