NEW ORLEANS - If you want to know what qualities you should look for in a good leader, a good place to check first is Dr. Donald Palmisano's new book, "The Little Red Book of Leadership Lessons."
It's a collection of quotes from people who have already learned those lessons.
One of them is Palmisano, the former president of the American Medical Association. He joined us with more on his book.
