NEW ORLEANS - Chef Alex Hitz, the former co-owner of the famed Patio by the River Restaurant in Atlanta, is letting you have some of his favorite recipes.
His first cookbook, "My Beverly Hills Kitchen," is actually filled with southern recipes.
He was in New Orleans for a book signing at the Garden District Book Shop and joined us in the kitchen.
