NEW ORLEANS - Every year, Court Watch NOLA, a volunteer judicial watchdog organization, issues a report on its observations of the Orleans Parish Criminal Court's efficiency and effectiveness.
The 2011 report was released Wednesday.
During 2011, volunteers were tracking the effect of D.A. Leon Cannizzaro's challenge to increase the number of trials handled by the courts each day.
