NEW ORLEANS - Once again, Mayor Mitch Landrieu crafted a leaner budget for the city in 2013.
Included in his budget proposal are cuts to the police budget for personnel, cuts to the public defenders office and cuts to the district attorney's office.
District Attorney Leon Cannizzaro was in the studio to talk about how these cuts could affect the overall criminal justice system.
