NEW ORLEANS - Big changes are on the way for the New Orleans Police Department now that a new consent decree has come down.
That decree was a long time in the works.
Roy Austin of the U.S. Department of Justice who helped negotiate the consent decree.
He joined us Wednesday morning along with U.S. Attorney Jim Letten.
