A new outreach program of the Louisiana Deafblind Project at the LSU Health Sciences Center is actively seeking to identify local children and youth who have been dealing with both deafness and blindness since they were very young, and the program’s goal is to learn how to help them overcome challenges in their everyday lives. Project Coordinator, Cassandra Glausier joins the Eyewitness Morning News with more on the program.
