NEW ORLEANS - He made his mark at the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience, taking the top prize in the first-ever "Big Gateaux Show" cake competition.
You can taste the talent of Chef Gonzalo Jimenez at almost anytime at the Hyatt Regency.
He's the executive pastry chef there and whipped up some decadent desserts in our kitchen on Monday.
Jimenez's desserts are at a number of the Hyatt's restaurants, which includes 8 Block Kitchen and Bar, Vitascope Hall, Whole Hog Cafe and Pizza Consegna.
