More than a week after Entergy crews began working to bring power back to the nearly half a million of its customers affected by Hurricane Isaac, about 6,500 are still in the dark.

As more public officials call for an investigation into how well Entergy was prepared to make repairs following the damage done by Isaac, Entergy officials and their customers are feeling the heat.

Entergy spokesperson Philip Allison updated us on Friday.
