The Eyewitness Morning News continues its Eye on Hurricane coverage in an effort to prepare you for any storms headed our way, and one important issue to consider is loss of electricity in the midst of storm, what to do when that happens and the power stays out for days, maybe even weeks, and who to call for help.

Melonie Stewart, from Entergy, joins the Eyewitness Morning News to talk more about what to expect from Entergy this hurricane season.

If you find yourself without power this hurricane season, you can report the outage or check for a status update by texing "OUT" to 368-374. You can also download Entergy's mobile app, or call 1-800-968-8243.
