The Smoking Time Jazz Club Band is just one of the many wonderful music acts you’ll be able to catch at this year’s French Quarter Festival, and they’re playing live this morning to give everyone a taste of what to expect.

The 2014 French Quarter Festival is coming up this weekend, it gets started on Thursday and it will be bigger and better than ever before, with 4 days of some of the New Orleans’ best food and music.

Joining the Eyewitness Morning News with more is the Executive Director of French Quarter Festivals, Inc., Marci Schramm.

French Quarter Festival kicks off Thursday at 11 a.m. and goes through Sunday. There will be stages sprinkled all over the French Quarter, as well as food and souvenir booths. For more information, click here.
