Cheering up a patient in the hospital can do wonders for recovery, and for children at several New Orleans hospitals, the shows provided by Funny Bones Improv, along with games, sing-alongs and skits, are truly good medicine.

Jolene Fehler-Rothman, the Executive Director and founder of Funny Bones Improv, along with fellow performers Jill de Rosas, Adam Hoskins and Michael Dardant, join the Eyewitness Morning News to talk about their second annual benefit, the Pre-Game Playdate fundraiser.

The second annual Pre-Game Playdate fundraiser to benefit the Funny Bones Improv Hospital Performers will be held Sunday, October 13, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. before the Saints game against the New England Patriots. It’ll be held at Elmwood Kidspots, 1200 Clearview Parkway. For more information or to purchase tickets click on their website.
