It's not hurricane season yet, but if there's any right time to stock up on emergency supplies it's this weekend.
This Saturday and Sunday is the Louisiana Hurricane Preparedness Sales Tax Holiday, and shoppers can take advantage of this time to load up supplies without having to pay the 4% state sales tax.
