It is one of the most anticipated festivals of the fall season - the 2012 Gretna Heritage Festival kicks off with music, rides and, of course, food.
Chef Jeremy Murphy will be at the fest cooking for festival-goers. He was in our kitchen on Friday with festival chairman Ricky Templet.
The festival kicks off Friday at 4 p.m. and runs through Sunday in historic downtown Gretna.
