NEW ORLEANS - Over the last few months, there's been a lot of activity in downtown New Orleans to prepare the city for Super Bowl 47.

Just a couple of weeks before the big game, the Convention and Visitors Bureau is teaming up with the Disney Institute to offer local hospitality businesses the opportunity to have their employees get professional service experience training.

What does that training entail and when will it take place?

Kelly Schulz of the CVB was in the studio with those answers.

The Disney Institute will hold five service experience training sessions at the Morial Convention Center on the 200 level above Hall H. The first two are Tuesday and will be for management training and will be from 9 a.m. until noon or 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. The last three are on Wednesday and will be for front line workers. The times for those sessions are 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., noon to 2 p.m., and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
