Although Jazz Fest is all about the music the food is equally important, and there's one vendor who has been at the fest for 30 years. Antwan Harris talks to Pete Hilzim with Kajun Kettle Foods about how they prepare a fest favorite food – Crawfish Monica.

The 45th annual New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival opens Friday April 25 and goes through Sunday, April 27, then the second weekend will open on Thursday, May 1 and goes through Sunday May 4. Gates open at 11 a.m. each day and the festival closes down about 7 p.m. each night, and, of course, it all happens at the New Orleans Fair Grounds, 1751 Gentilly Boulevard.
