NEW ORLEANS - Two former officials with the Orleans Parish Sheriff's Office are expected to plead guilty to rigging bids and accepting payoffs from sheriff's office contractors.

Eyewitness Investigator Mike Perlstein broke the story.

Now that the case is exposed, the former employees are cooperating with the feds.
